Auto Club Dragway Welcomes Volkswagen Enthusiasts
Racing, Swap Meet, Car Show Highlight Bug-In 34 Sunday, May 3rd
San Bernardino County, Calif. (April 30, 2009) – Bug-In 34 at Auto Club Dragway offers Southern Californian VW Bug enthusiasts one of the largest VW car shows in the world. Held on Sunday May, 3, 2009, this annual event will feature a full day of activities including: quarter-mile drag racing, both vintage and custom car shows, a huge swap meet and vendor display.
All years and models of VWs are welcome to participate in the car show no matter what shape or size of the car. Categories include: vintage and custom. Among those categories are different classes divided up by model and year.
Each participant will receive a judging card, and asked to vote for one car in each class except the class they are entered in. Once completed, the judging card is returned to the car show registration booth, and the votes are counted. For each class there is a 1st place and runner-up plaque awarded.

General Admission $20- kids 12 and under free
Initial Race Entry $25- Trophy, ET, Powderpuff, Brackets etc.
Quick 32 Class additional $100- $1,000 + entries, potential $4,200 purse
Jackpot Bracket Entry additional $50- purse depends on size of class
Outlaw Turbo Entry additional $50- purse depends on size of class
Swap Spot FREE- with paid spectator admission
Car Show Entry FREE- with paid spectator admission
