City Of Fontana Joins KFROG, Speedway To Celebrate 4th Of July Extravaganza

~ Event to include fireworks, concert, displays, exhibits ~

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. – The City of Fontana has become a proud partner of Red, White and Cruise, the ultimate day-long 4^th of July Community Festival hosted by KFROG and Auto Club Speedway and Presented by Stater Bros. and Pepsi. 

The City will be selling tickets to Fontana residents and businesses for only $5 (kids 6 and under FREE) with proof of residency to one of the area’s biggest summer events highlighted by country music singer-songwriter Jimmy Wayne and one of the largest fireworks displays in the area.  Tickets are available to Fontana residents beginning on Tuesday, May 19 – Tuesday, June 30 at the following locations:

Appropriately named, Red, White and Cruise, the day-long community festival celebrating Independence Day in America will take place on the grounds of Auto Club Speedway’s property amidst the red, white and blue of Americana from 2 p.m. until fireworks end on Saturday, July 4^th and will include: 

- Car Cruise & Car Show – Participants get to drive the Auto Club Speedway track and cars will be on display

- Harley Ride – parade of bikes showing their patriotism will ride to Auto Club Speedway

- Independence Day Parade – grand marshals, marching bands, veteran groups, service organizations will show their pride

- Patriot Zone – rock climbing wall, military displays, antique fire and police vehicle displays, contests and more

- Freedom Zone (Kids Zone) – Bounce houses, carnival games, face painting, kiddie go karts and more

- Ladies Liberty Zone – Ladies lounge, massage and spa services, karaoke contests, arts and crafts, wine tasting, an art show and more

- Independence Gentlemen’s Zone – Sports lounge, “Miss Red, White & Cruise” contest, cigar & drink area, sports simulators/gaming and more 

The night will culminate with an awe-inspiring patriotic spirit of America fireworks show which will feature thousands of brilliant bursts of pyrotechnic color set to a 30-minute star-spangled musical score choreographed by Pyro Spectaculars of nearby Rialto, Calif.

- Advance Sale:  Adults $10 , Kids 6 and under free with paid adult, Kids 12-7 $5 (Advance sale ends June 30th)

- Day of Event: Adults $20, Kids 6 and under free, Kids 12-7 $10

- Military: Free ticket to active military personnel and immediate family.  Tickets can be obtained in advance or on the day of the event at the Speedway Ticket Office.  Must have valid active military ID.

- Parking: Free
