Junior Drags

Attention Junior Drag Racers:

Due to impending weather, Auto Club Dragway will be cancelling this weekend’s event. It will be rescheduled for March 19 – 21, 2010

You will be running with Pro Gas and Super Comp associations. Due to this, we are changing the load-in schedule to encourage the junior racers to come in on Friday evening.

March 19 –
Early Load-in / Ticketing open from 3-9pm
Tech / Registration open from 3-7pm

March 20 –
Gates open 6:30am and racing begins at 8am with Juniors running first

March 21 –
Gates open 6:30am and racing begins at 8am with Juniors running first

Ticket pricing:
Early Load-in                      $20
Car / Driver                         $50 per day
Crew Weekend                $20
Spectators                          $15 per day
Children 12 & under        FREE

 

Run order & lane assignments for Juniors both days:
8-9 year old                        lane 7
10-12 year old                    lane 5 & 6
Jr. Comp                              lane 1
13-14 year old                    lane 3 & 4
15 & up                                 lane 1 & 2

Please make sure that you have your flags for all Juniors for this event because you will be running with big cars.

June 20 - Junior #6 (including JR Comp.) / DIVISIONAL
August 7 - Junior #7 (including JR Comp.)
August 8 - Junior #8 (including JR Comp.)
September 25 - Junior Divisional Finals*
September 26 - Junior Divisional Finals*
