MEDIA MEALS REMINDER: 
Auto Club Speedway will charge media members $25 for meals during the Auto Club 500 Weekend in February.  The cost includes all meals and beverages for the weekend (lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday).  Make checks prior to the event payable to “Auto Club Speedway” and mail to: Auto Club Speedway / Attention David Talley; 9300 Cherry Ave., Fontana CA  92335.  Only cash or checks will be accepted during event time.

If you or your media outlet has not been credentialed at Auto Club Speedway before, you will be required to submit your credential request on company letterhead and provide tearsheets or other proof of coverage before your credential request will be processed. Newspapers should submit newspaper clippings or copies of past issues; radio stations should submit electronic files or CDs of broadcasts; TV stations should submit electronic copies of stories on VHS, DVD or and online media should submit links of their coverage.

Auto Club Speedway reserves the right of final approval for all requests. Applying does not guarantee a media outlet will receive credentials. Only media on assignment will be credentialed. Deadline for credential requests is four weeks before race weekend. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Auto Club Speedway Public Relations Department sends out press releases and other track information throughout the year to sports, business, lifestyle and other media. Our press releases help keep media updated on Auto Club Speedway news, information and events.
