We welcome accredited media representatives from all over the world to Southern California’s premier motorsports facility. This website is available only to members of the press and contains Auto Club Speedway credential request forms, contact information, press releases and official logos.

To Request Media Credentials:
Media members applying for credentials for the first time, please submit:
• the media credentials application
• a letter of request on company letterhead from the assigning editor, director or producer of your media outlet
• examples of previous work
• send all materials by fax to (909) 429-5299, email ACS Credentials Coordinator Frank Bachinski at fbachinski@autoclubspeedway.com or mail to Auto Club Speedway; Communications Department; 9300 Cherry Ave., Fontana CA 92335
Returning media members who wish to cover the NASCAR Auto Club 400 Weekend events at Auto Club Speedway may submit a request for media credentials via mail, fax, email or online at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event. The media outlet’s assignment editor, director or producer must submit the credential request on behalf of the media member on assignment.
Credentials are issued to individuals who are on assignment for accredited media outlets only. Credentials will not be provided for family or friends and are not issued for the purpose of receiving autographs.
Credentials are issued on-site at Auto Club Speedway and must be signed for by the individual for whom the credential is issued. Valid photo identification is required.
Those members of the media who are approved for an event media credential will receive a confirmation prior to the event. If a confirmation has not been received one (1) week prior to the event, please contact the Communications Department before arriving at the track.

Additional Information:
The following guidelines have been established by NASCAR for media desiring access to the pit and garage areas at all NASCAR-sanctioned events:
• Shorts are not permitted
• Shirts must have fully-covered shoulders
• Open-toed shoes are not permitted
• Media are not permitted over the pit wall
Auto Club Speedway may not be able to approve every request for a media credential and reserves the right to revoke the credential of any individual at any time.
Media Meals Reminder:
Auto Club Speedway will again charge anyone dining in the Media Lounge (media, team PR reps, photographers, etc.) $25 for meals during the Auto Club 400 Weekend (NMPA and AARWBA members $20). The cost includes all meals and beverages for the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Make checks prior to the event payable to “Auto Club Speedway” and mail to: Auto Club Speedway / Attention David Talley; 9300 Cherry Ave., Fontana CA 92335. Payment may also be made on event weekend at the Media Center. Only cash or checks will be accepted during event time.
