The holder of an event ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies and all employees, agents, officers and directors of The California Speedway Corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event.

Holder grants permission to The California Speedway Corporation and its agents to use holder's image and/or likeness in connection with any still photograph, live or recorded video display, or other transmission or reproduction in whole or part, of the event.

Tickets and other admissions materials obtained from sources other than The California Speedway Corporation and its affiliates may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be sold at a price higher than printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold on Speedway property.

Tickets and other admissions materials may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of The California Speedway Corporation.

The date and time of the events listed are subject to change by Auto Club Speedway and/or the sanctioning body of the particular event. Holder assumes responsibility for verifying the dates and times of the events prior to travel or other arrangements in connection with the event.

All sales are final. No money will be refunded. In the event of postponement of the race day, the ticket you purchased will be honored on the date the race is held.

Note to credit-card purchasers: Your signature on the order form constitutes your acceptance of the terms listed herein. Your Credit Card account will be charged when the order is received. Tickets may arrive as close as two weeks prior to event.

If the seats you requested are not available, we will substitute the best available seats.

NASCAR owns all rights to broadcast, transmit film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect, or record by any means (including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed-circuit television, satellite signal, and the Internet) all images, sounds and data arising from or during any NASCAR event, and NASCAR shall be the sole owner of any and all copy rights, intellectual property rights and proprietary rights worldwide in and to these works and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise, created from the images, sounds and data arising from or during any NASCAR event. The bearer of any tickets purchased agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would contravene, diminish, encroach or infringe upon these NASCAR rights.

Tickets purchased in advance will be shipped; tickets purchased within two weeks of a race may be held for pickup at Will Call under the name of record on the ticket account. Actual delivery method will be determined at time of sale. Tickets will not be released to any party other than the purchaser. Photo identification is required for pickup.

There are no cancellations of pre-purchased tickets and no refunds of unclaimed tickets at Will Call. Third-Party Will Call is accepted; however, Auto Club Speedway is not responsible for package contents or non-receipt of package. To place tickets under a third party will call name, please call (800) 944-RACE. Photo ID is required for pickup. All sales are final. No refunds/no exchanges.
