1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, with a valid driver's license. Employees, officers and directors of Stater Bros. Markets ("Sponsor"), The California Speedway Corporation, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any company involved in the design, execution or production of this promotion, their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, representatives and assigns (each a “Releasee” and collectively the “Releasees”) and members of their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouses, wherever they reside, and those living in the same household of each Releasee), are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. TO ENTER: The Fantasy Fan Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 30, 2008 and ends at 11:00 PM PT on February 18, 2008. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: online and by mail. To enter online, visit www.autoclubspeedway.com/raceto55 and click on the Fantasy Fan Sweepstakes link to access the online entry form. Complete the entry form and submit by 10:59 PM PT on February 18, 2008. Any online entries received by Sponsor's server after 10:59 PM PT on February 18, 2008 shall not be entered. To enter by mail, print your name, complete address, telephone number and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail it to: Fantasy Fan Sweepstakes, 9300 Cherry Ave., Fontana, CA 92335. Mail-in entries must be received by February 18, 2008 at 5:00 PM PT. No mechanical reproduction of entries permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries shall not be considered. Regardless of method of entry, limit one entry per person.

3. WINNER DETERMINATION/PRIZES: On February 19, 2008, representatives of the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select up to 43 “Finalists”, each of whom will receive two tickets to the “Stater Bros. 300” race scheduled to be held on February 23, 2008 at California Speedway® (the “Race”). The actual number of Finalists chosen shall be equal to the number of drivers scheduled to participate at the Race, up to a maximum of 43. Each Finalist must attend the Race to be eligible to win the “Grand Prize” of $55,000 cash (to be awarded as a check). The approximate retail value of the two Race tickets is $80. Winners shall not be entitled to receive cash in lieu of Race tickets.

Finalists will be notified by phone on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 between 12:00 (noon) PM and 3:00 PM PT. Finalists must be reached by phone when called, must verbally confirm their compliance with eligibility criteria, their acceptance of the Race tickets and their availability to attend the Race, to be considered as a Finalist. If a selected Finalist cannot be reached when telephone notification is attempted, or does not verbally confirm at that time his/her eligibility, acceptance and ability to attend the Race, he/she forfeits the Race tickets and eligibility to win the Grand Prize. An alternate Finalist will be chosen and contacted.

Once Finalists and their guests are seated at the Race, each Finalist will be randomly assigned to one of the drivers participating in the Race. After the NASCAR® Official scoring results are published for the Race, the Finalist who was randomly assigned to the winner of the Race will win the $55,000 Grand Prize. In the event of a tie, the $55,000 prize will be shared equally by all tied Finalists.

In the event that an insufficient number of Finalists attend the Race and not all drivers can be matched to Finalists, and an unmatched driver wins the Race, the Grand Prize will be awarded to the Finalist whose matched driver has the next best time in the Race. In the event the Race is postponed, the Finalists will be given tickets for the rescheduled Race, upon confirming availability to attend the rescheduled Race, at which time they will be re-matched to participating drivers. If a Finalist is unable to attend a rescheduled Race, that Finalist shall become ineligible to win the Grand Prize. An alternate Finalist shall not be chosen to replace that Finalist at the rescheduled Race. If, for any reason, the Race is cancelled and not rescheduled, the Finalists shall not be entitled to any compensation for the Race tickets and the Grand Prize will not be awarded. In the event a scheduled driver is unable to participate in the entire Race, the Finalist will be reassigned to a replacement driver and performance of such replacement driver will determine whether the matched Finalist will win the Grand Prize.

Each Finalist must present personal identification bearing his/her photograph, name, age, and address. Additionally, Finalists and guests will be required to complete a declaration of publicity and release of liability to be presented upon entrance to the Race. Otherwise admission may be denied. Odds of winning the Race tickets will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Limit one Finalist per household. In order to claim the Race tickets and the Grand Prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by The California Speedway Corporation and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as applicable.

4. GENERAL: All applicable taxes on the Grand Prize and all fees, costs, and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Grand Prize and the Race tickets, not otherwise specified, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 or W-2G tax form, as applicable for the fair market value of the Grand Prize, less any withholdings required by law. Winner shall agree to provide Sponsor a statement, made under the penalties of perjury, containing the name, address, and taxpayer identification number of the person receiving the Grand Prize. By participating, entrants agree: (a) to the rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects relating to this promotion; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless each of the Releasees from and against any and all injuries, claims, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes, their attendance at the Race or their acceptance, use or misuse of Grand Prize or Race tickets including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Each Finalist agrees to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to Sponsor's website, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agrees, upon request, to confirm the foregoing in writing. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) lost, misaddressed, misdirected, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries, postage-due mail, or entries received after the stated deadline; or (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or compromised. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt or interfere with the administration, security or proper execution of the promotion, in which case all available Race tickets will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. PLEASE NOTE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY SPONSOR WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. No transfer, cash redemption, substitution or other compensation shall be allowed for the Race tickets or the Grand Prize except as noted above. Any difference between estimated Race ticket values and actual Race ticket values will not be awarded or reimbursed

5. ENTRY INFORMATION: Information provided by entrants becomes property of the Sponsor but will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be rented, sold, or relinquished.

By entering this contest and/or using any prize, you agree: (1) to release California Speedway, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in this contest or with acceptance and use of any prize; (2) to receive phone, email and mail solicitation from International Speedway Corporation and its affiliates, even if otherwise listed on a do-not-call list or other similar list; and (3) to be bound by these rules and any decisions of the sponsor or promoter relating to participation in the contest, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final.

6. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by March 31, 2008 to: Fantasy Fan Sweepstakes Winner List, 9300 Cherry Ave., Fontana, CA 92335.
