Contest begins April 1st, 2008, and ends at 5:00 p.m. PDT on April
21, 2008. Only one entry per person. Must be 18 years or older to
enter. Only this official entry form will be accepted. Mechanically
altered or reproduced entries are not eligible. In order to enter or
receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules,
and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of
Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final. Entries will be
accepted online at

to visit to obtain your game piece for the online registration code
go to www.autoclubaspeedway.com or you can mail a self-addressed
stamped envelope with your name, address and telephone number to
Auto Club Speedway ATTN: Suzuki Sweepstakes, 9300 Cherry Ave.,
Fontana, CA 92335, All entries must be received no later than close
of business at 5:00 p.m. PST on April 22, 2008. Not responsible for
lost, late or misdirected entries. Employees and direct family
members of American Suzuki Motor Corporation, its affiliates,
advertising, and promotional agencies, Suzuki dealers and their
employees ("Sweepstakes Parties"), and employees of The California
Speedway Corporation and its parent, subsidiary and affiliate
companies are not eligible to win. Sponsor will randomly select the
winner on April 27, 2008 during the AMA race weekend at Auto Club
Speedway from among all eligible entries received. Winner must be
present to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of
eligible entries received. No substitution of prize is offered, no
transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes
may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor
in its sole discretion. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the
winner will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to award a
prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prize is
unavailable. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. No
groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any
portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entrants, as a
condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and
the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.
Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of
Liability, Publicity Release, unless prohibited by law, and any
other documentation that Sponsor requires. By participating,
entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless the
Sweepstakes Parties, The California Speedway Corporation, its
parent, subsidiaries and affiliate companies and their respective
shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns
from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or
expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage,
personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death which
may occur in connection with, preparation for, or participation, or
possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or
participation in any related activity and for any claims or causes
of action.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in
the printing, the offering or the administration of the sweepstakes,
or in the announcement of prizes. Sponsor, Sweepstakes Parties their
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their
respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents,
and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not
responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission,
interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer
online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software,
including any injury or damage to participant's or any other
person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in
this sweepstakes; inability to access the Websites; theft,
tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of
entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are
incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or
traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing or
human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost,
incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, or illegible, or any
combination thereof. Proof of in person submission, or online
submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All
entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE & ODDS OF WINNING ARE
BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE RECEIVED ENTRIES:
One (1) 2008 Suzuki GSX-R600 Motorcycle (Retail Value of $8,899.00)
Sweepstakes parties and Sponsor may collect your name, address,
phone number and e-mail address for purposes of administering your
participation in this sweepstakes. At the time you are entering the
sweepstakes, we may also ask your permission to send you future
marketing information from Sponsor or Sweepstakes Parties.
Sweepstakes participants will be provided an opportunity to opt out
of receipt of this marketing information or from the sharing by
Sweepstakes Parties or Sponsor of your personal information with our
promotional partners or other third parties. We want to assure you
that Sponsor is dedicated to protecting your privacy.
All winning entries are subject to verification by Sponsor whose
decisions are final. All material submitted becomes the sole
property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any entry that is
illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with or forged
will be null and void. Only Official entries obtained via accepted
methods as stated herein shall be deemed to have been obtained
legitimately. Sweepstakes entries which are distributed where
prohibited by law or not obtained pursuant to official sweepstakes
rules and procedures will be null and void.
Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes,
insurance costs, surcharges, registration, title, license fees and
other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle
if applicable, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail
value of the prize. Winner bears all responsibility for obtaining a
valid permit or license as required by their state of residence
prior to operating this vehicle. Winner assumes all responsibility
for the vehicle's legal and safe operation and use. Vehicle includes
the listed features; any additional options are winner's
responsibility. Any vehicle displayed or pictured in
promotional/advertising materials may not be the actual prize
awarded. The trim level, color, equipment, options and accessories
(if any) of the Grand Prize will be determined by the sponsors in
their sole and absolute discretion. Winner will be required to
personally retrieve the Prize Vehicle from a location specified by
Sponsor and may need to provide valid driver's license and proof of
insurance/registration. The Prize Vehicle will be delivered solely
with the express written limited warranties set forth in the Prize
Vehicle's applicable Owner's Guide, which warranties shall run for
the term set forth in said Guide. Failure to accept possession of
the Prize Vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification of
availability may result in prize forfeiture; however, delivery is
subject to availability. Sweepstakes results and a copy of these
Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped
envelope to Auto Club Speedway, 9300 Cherry Ave., Fontana, CA 92335,
after May 1, 2008.
