WARRANT HEADLINES PRE-RACE CONCERT

In the 1980s it was all about big hair and pop rock. Today, Auto Club Speedway celebrates the glam rock era with Warrant performing pop metal hits at this year’s pre-race concert on the O’Reilly Auto Parts Main Stage at 10:15 AM on Sunday, March 22, just before the Auto Club 400 gets under way.

Capitalizing on the glam rock that was a product of the 80s, Warrant signed with Columbia Records in 1988 and released their debut album Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich just one year later. With songs like “Down Boys,” “Sometimes She Cries,” and “Heaven,” the album climbed to the top ten in the charts. Following their debut album, Warrant released their second album, Cherry Pie, which made them Platinum selling artists.

In addition to Warrant rockin’ the main stage, race fans will enjoy a diverse line up of performances ranging from motocross daredevils to wrestling matches all weekend in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Fan Zone.
